sphyntrix been busy preparing for performances.
Farah,responsible for this blog was on holiday for a mth so this blog was left stagnant.
Anyway ,welcome back Farah & gegerl from their holiday.

the pictures uploaded was from yest performance for new year coundown.
it was great ,like ala-ala chingay .
all were running like doing 2.4km napha.
but we did have fun!
Then f2dm have to rush off to woodlands for their performance,sphyntrix as a family have to be there to show some support !
overall ,yesterday was crazy new year .
i would like to wish Sphyntrix,F2dm and all our beloved supporters
HAPPY NEW YEAR!Hopefully ,you all will have a great year ahead,2009!

All flyers, those who already have improved on doing split keep it up
for those not ,dont be lazy bum and START DOING NOW!
Fadli & Shahrul expects all girls to be able to split ! Which doesn't actually mean the BASES doesn't need to strecth, you GUYS need to have your split too. Good job to daniel who is actually close to a spilt, Dinie, CATCH UP to your brother! Haha.
