I know , i know. Shahrul posted a picture of himself AGAIN. LOL! It's gonna be often so stop irritating yourself by coming up to me and say, EH STOP IT SIA! ALWAYS YOUR PICTURE ONLY! HAHAHAH! =) Bluek, too bad! HAHA! Live with it people! I'm the one and only sexiest and hottest guy flyer in SPHYNTRIX . I mean other then sidek but YEAH, I"M STILL THE HOTTEST!! BLUEK!

So People, WE GOT IN THE BLOODLY SEMI'S for the SKM cheerfest. GREAT JOB GUYS. I'm so so proud of every single one of you for putting in effort! =) YAY! COOLNESS. Thats what you get when you work hard! =)

So.... Thinking you guys can stop stretching? TOO BAD! I WANT BOW AND ARROW THIS TIME ROUND. Not only that but i want your SCORPIONS ALSO! So people please, don't stop stretching. I don't want any whinings. GET IT, NO COMPLAINS! Understood? HEHE! good. =)

Our SKM semi's will be on the 30 MAY 2009 @ Ngee ann city. We've got to start working on it. No more resting, i'm sure every one of you had enuf rest for practice. So lets work for FINALS this time round. Work hard, Play hard, WIN HARD! =) TSKK, win hard. HAHAHHA! We've got changes to do to the routine, So please start thinking about it. THANKS!

Also not forgetting. We've got a performance coming up on the 19th of April. I'm gonna be in charge from the 6th of april till the 19th. So prepare yourselves. =) I'm gonna help with the routine and what not but please do do do help me out with it. TEAM EFFORT REMEMBER!? =)

for bringing out your very best to make the stunts up & make the performance a great one .
Im so proud of our flyers , you did just like what you are told , STICKING IT , SUCK IT IN .
your back tuck toss was awesome . so now we shall try layout , okay ?
